Mike Bagwell

Mike Bagwell is a poet, software engineer, visual artist, and translator. He received an MFA from Sarah Lawrence, and his work appears or is forthcoming in Lana Turner, Posit*, Poetry Northwest, The Texas Review, ITERANT, Sprung Formal, Noir Sauna, Annulet, and others. He was a finalist for the 2025 Marystina Santiestevan First Book Prize from Conduit and the 2025 Colorado Review Prize for Poetry. Recent chapbooks include Poem of Thanks: Swords and the Devil* (Thirty West 2026), Poem of Thanks: A Court of Wands (Metatron 2025\), A Collision of Soul in Midair (Bottlecap), and micros from Ghost City and *Rinky Dink.*
